My brother is engaged! And I had the opportunity to take his engagement photos in Sedona! If you missed the photos of Nick proposing to Sarah, make sure you check them out here! After the proposal, Sarah and I didn’t waste much time when it came to planning their engagement photos! She knew Sedona would make a breath-taking backdrop for these once-in-a-lifetime photos and I agreed!

We started at a beautiful, lush creek and this location with their outfits gave me all the Nicholas Sparks movie/book vibes! Maybe I’ll write my own light-hearted, romance novel just so I can put one of these photos on the cover! ;) After the creek (and drying off, haha) we drove a little bit up a mountain to get stunning, red rock views right at golden hour while the sun was setting!

Their outfits for these engagement photos are the perfect example of how to add variety while also making sure you stay true to your style! We started with a more casual look for the creek photos and “casual” means something different to everyone! These outfits were more relaxed, while also being timeless and weren’t too fancy to get wet in the creek! For their second outfit, they leaned into a classic, elegant look! Because why not use your engagement session as a chance to get all dressed up and feel your best?! With a captivating background like those red rocks, their styling helped make sure our eyes go right where they’re suppose to, on this darling couple!
