Over the summer I joined a mastermind group! If you’re not familiar with the concept of a mastermind, it’s a peer group with members dedicated to growing their business and helping the others in the group grow as well. My mastermind is led by Abbey Kyhl who is my business coach and it has been an incredibly life-changing experience in the few short months I’ve been a part of it! Not only have I been making big changes in my business, but I’ve met so many incredible women in the group who have turned into great friends! It’s been the best investment I’ve made for my business so far!

This mastermind group led me to Utah for a retreat a few weeks ago! I’ve driven through Utah and stopped in Salt Lake City quickly before, but this time I got to explore even more! We had the retreat in Bear Lake, which quickly became one of my favorites places I’ve ever visited! The retreat was fulfilling and inspiring and everything I needed it to be!

After the retreat, I took a few days to explore Salt Lake City on my own! I stayed at an adorable Airbnb and this family in these photos happened to be my host family! What’s even crazier, is that I have taken photos of Amber before when she was a model for a T-Shirt company I did photography for… and we didn’t even realize it under after I booked the Airbnb. Haha.

They were the sweetest and best host family and I couldn’t leave Salt Lake City without doing a shoot and I’m so happy they explored the canyon with me so I could get some photos in this breath-taking scenery!
