This little girl has become one of my best friends over the past two years. I started babysitting her one day a week when she was only 11 months old and now I’ve been able to watch her grow into one of the sweetest, funniest, thoughtful and adorable young girls! Last fall when I was with her, it rained when it was still warm outside. And I had the chance to introduce her to my love for standing in the rain! We played in the rain for about an hour, I was soaking wet without a change of clothes and she was as happy as could be in her diaper!

The next time it rained when I was with her, I knew I wanted to take photos of her. Not just because she’s super cute but because I am obsessed with the rain and I’ve always wanted to do a rain shoot! I brought my camera on the next rainy day when I would be with her and it happened to be on a cold day. So, this time, we couldn’t get wet because we didn’t want to catch a cold. So, I brought my clear umbrella that she could barely hold up and finally got my rain photo shoot! We spent a little time inside as I documented her reading some books and then when the rain stopped, I decided to keep on shooting throughout the day! So here’s a day in the life of Molly! And yes, I would to capture a day in the life of your children too! ;)
