Monika and Grant | Couple

I’ve known Monika since I was in 2nd grade… that’s over 16 years!! We were the best of friends in elementary school and I met her husband Grant before they were even together through Fine Arts with a church I use to attend. I love doing shoots with people that I’ve known for a while because it’s such a special thing for me to be asked to document moments and capture times in peoples lives that will live forever through photos! I met with Monika and Grant on my drive back home to Phoenix from Portland! I made one last stop near Santa Monica to take these photos of them on this GORGEOUS beach before I drove 6 hours through the night back HOME! :) Even though I was exhausted driving through the middle of the night, I didn’t regret it for one moment because I am in love with these photos! They are such a beautiful couple and their love is so tangible which makes it easy to be captured!! :)
