Scottsdale, Arizona Dreamy Desert Proposal Photos

It’s not every day that you get to watch your younger brother propose to his girlfriend, but this day I did! Sarah thought I was just taking some photos for my portfolio of my sister’s family and also the two of them. But the portfolio photos were just a ploy to get her in the desert (in a beautiful outfit) so my brother could get down on one knee and propose to the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with!

Any proposal is special for me to capture, but this one takes the cake for me, obviously. It was a beautiful moment and the joy they both felt practically jumps out of the screen when viewing these, am I right? And of course, we couldn’t stop taking photos after the proposal, we launched into a little engagement session right there as the sun set in the desert on this hot, summer evening. We are thrilled to have Sarah be a part of our family and I’m honored to have gotten to capture this once-in-a-lifetime moment!
