What a privilege it is to watch a family grow right before my eyes and in front of my camera. I knew Megan and Eric before either of these littles ones were born. I had the chance to take some photos of them loving on Everett a few months after he was born. And now I was able to capture their love as a family of four! I love taking indoor, lifestyle newborn photos which is typically the way I capture brand new babies. But this family likes to wait a few months before getting photos so that we can see a little more of the new baby’s personality and unique facial expressions. I especially love that in this case because how adorable is Emmeline?

I’ve only done a couple shoots in Flagstaff in the past. I would love to do more, which is why I’m so glad this family chose to do their session there! They often head to Flagstaff to camp together, so it holds many special memories for them. This time they got to make a few more and I had the honor of capturing them!
