These two have been a part of my life for 3 and a half years now. I’m sure I’ve mentioned that every time that I’ve shared a blog post of them. And I’ve probably mentioned how they were one of the first couples I photographed in my first official year in business. When I say “my first official year in business” … all I mean is that’s when I started getting paid to take photos of people. As a side job. A VERY side job. And that’s why these two, and now their growing family, are very near and dear to my heart! :)
 
This shoot was full of laughter and tears! The laughter came from all of us adults… and the reason we laughed so much is because the tears came from the children. Quite often. And loudly. But, instead of getting frustrated, we just laughed and laughed about how funny photos can be. In the sense that, while Khylie and Dj were getting their picture perfect photos taken of just them two, there was a screaming (but adorable) little girl on the floor and a sulking (but handsome) young boy in the corner. But all you can see are those beautiful smiles on the faces of these two. And the laughing photos.. those are my FAVORITE! :)
