Phoenix, Arizona Desert Family Photographer Photo Session

This family is the most adventurous family that I photograph! Or at least, they are during their photo shoots! Last year we explored a field off the highway together! They were much more focused on playing together, than looking perfect for the photos! And I love that about them! This time, they went even further! You’ll see why if you make it to the end of this blog post. Okay, fine, I’ll tell you! They climbed a boulder, the biggest boulder I’ve seen, and made it to the top! The whole family did! Even those adorable little children! That’s actually how it started. The kids started climbing up, so the parents followed! I didn’t even try, because climbing is not for me, haha.

They climbed and I was able to capture their feat from the bottom! And I don’t think the photos show quite how big and crazy this climb really was. I’m so grateful they all made it up and down safely! I loved getting the chance to do a little adventure photography! Especially, because I didn’t have to take any risks at all. ;) I just adore the way this family plays together and love that I get to be the one that documents their relationship!
