One of my very favorite things about photographing this family year after year, is going to their home for the photos! This is now the 4th time I’ve taken their photos at their home! For fall, we shoot around the front and back yards, which are so charming and adorable! But I also had the chance to photograph inside their beautiful home when I took Penelope’s newborn photos!

I loved capturing her newborn photos! This time, she wasn’t too sure about me. I can’t blame her. She doesn’t know me well and then I put a giant, piece of technology in front of my face and made crazy and loud noises to try to get her to look at me. If someone I didn’t know did those things in front of my, I’d be a little cautious too. ;) But with a family as kind, thoughtful and beautiful as this one, you can’t go wrong no matter what facial expressions the kids might be giving out! :)
