Lincoln | Cake Smash

This boy has changed my life! He made me an aunt for the first time one year ago and the moment he was born was the moment he became one my most favorite people in this world! Being able to watch him grow over the past year is one of the greatest privileges of my life. I’m beyond grateful for my relationship with him! I love that he gets excited to see me, that he likes to make my coffee with me and makes the most adorable faces! He’s such an expressive, silly and wild young boy and being able to not only be in his life, but be able to photograph him growing up is something I hold very dear to me! I love Lincoln with my whole heart!

I love his mom, my sister, and his dad too, of course! And my sister, Lindsay, is the one who made this entire setup for his cake smash! Lindsay and Landon are big Harry Potter fans, my sister most of all, and so she dreamed up this set and put this whole thing together! Everything from the outfit to the cake to the props and background to that amazing poster that my sister made herself! And then we shot it in my family’s kitchen, and I think it turned out all right! ;)
