Lindsay and Landon | Maternity

You may have seen this couple’s baby announcement a few months ago and if you did, you already know how special these two are to me! This is my sister and brother-in-law, who also happen to be two of my very best friends in the world! And now I get to have a mini them, my nephew, who will surely be one of my best friends as well!

Obviously, it’s already so much fun for to me photograph the people I love most celebrating the special times in their life. But, it’s also fun for me because I get to experiment with them! And I’m so glad Lindsay and Landon were up for exploring this location with me! I’ve been seeing photographers shoot at the Mogollon Rim in Payson for years and also wanted to shoot there, but never had a client express interest. So, when I brought up this location to them and they were up for a mini road trip to see this new spot, I was thrilled! And this location did not disappoint! Not only are the views breathtaking, but the weather was beautiful! By the end of the shoot, when the sun set and the wind picked up, we were even cold! In July! It was amazing. And now I want to do every summer shoot here forever! ;)

I’m SO excited to meet my baby nephew in a couple months and don’t worry, you’ll be seeing plenty photos of him once he arrives, of course! ;)
