Caroline | Mentor Session

I don’t talk about it much or advertise it a lot, but I offer mentor sessions to photographers who happen to like my work and are interested in learning from me!  I wouldn’t be where I am if I hadn’t learned from so many different and amazing photographers along the way! So, if I can share with others what I’ve learned, things I wish I knew when I was first starting out and tips that have changed my business, then I want to do it! Because not only do I love learning and growing, but I love sharing and teaching as well! I definitely don’t know it all, or even close to that, but whatever I do know, I love sharing!
 
I met with Caroline at Starbucks to talk about all things photography, editing and business! We instantly connected and have so many things in common, which means I didn’t just have a mentor session, I made a friend! She is so kind and I’ve already been able to see her photography grow since we met up! These first photos you’ll see are photos of Caroline, because along with a mentor session, you get updated head shots! She is so beautiful and natural in front of the camera! And after we took her head shots, we took photos of my gorgeous friend Tina! I walked Caroline through how I approach shoots, including everything from directing clients, to lighting, to posing and everything in between! I’ve been loving mentor sessions and this one was an especially fun one for me! :)
