Fall Mini Sessions 2015

I love mini sessions because they are perfect for the family, or couple, or individual who knows they want photos but simply doesn’t need a lot of time or a lot of photos. I only do them once or twice a year, because I value full sessions and being able to spend that time with a family while getting to know them better! And because it’s hard for me to put a strict time limit on sessions, I’m not too good at that. Haha. I’ve also felt like putting a time limit, is like putting creativity in a box. So, mini sessions are hard for me when it comes to cutting it off, I could always keep shooting! But I also love giving people the opportunity to get photos done in less amount time! :) Basically, to sum up, I love mini sessions and I love regular sessions and I love it all!! ;)
 
First up is the Craigs Family! And oh my, these children are too stinkin’ adorable! I mean, just look at them! Not only were these two SO well behaved and amazing listeners, but they are also ridiculously cute! And their parents are beautiful and kind! I will take pictures of this crew anytime! ;)

Next we have the Burkett’s! Two gorgeous parents and two precious boys! One of the boys was a little more wild than other, but wild in an adorable way! ;) Kallie has got to be one of the nicest and most understanding people I’ve ever met, and I only spent 25 minutes with her! I’m so thankful that her and her family had me take these photos for them! :)

And now the Milich family! Elisabeth and I had been working on planning a family shoot together for quite a while, so being able to finally make it happen was exciting! I do my best while shooting to make people happy, make them laugh and smile… but this family made ME smile! They are all SO much fun to be around and I enjoyed every second of our shoot! :)

Ah, the Prody’s! I think I mentioned multiple times during their shoot how much I LOVE their outfits!! The colors and the variety is exactly what I love for photos! And not only are their outfits delightful, but so are they! And I can’t get enough of these children!!

I’ve been taking photos of the Shafer’s for 3 years now! I can’t even believe that! It’s always a pleasure to be able to take photos of the same people year after year, because I love to watch the children grow! And to also notice the growth in my own work through their shoots! I’m grateful for this family and that they’ve chosen to have me photograph their family for the past 3 years!! Thank you Shafer’s!!! :)

The LeClaire’s! This little family is absolutely gorgeous!! Even though we didn’t get a ton of smiles out of Braylen, it doesn’t really matter because he’s seriously precious no matter what he is doing! And we definitely ended up getting a few of those smiles out of him! ;)

And lastly, the Dennis family! These two were recently married and so what better way to celebrate a beautifully, blended family than with a photo shoot! It was a joy to be able to see the newlywed love these two had for each other and to watch their gorgeous children have fun together!! :)
